A refundable security deposit of AED 1000 is required before check-in. The deposit will be refunded after a thorough inspection of the RV, outdoor setup, and property to ensure no damage or loss has occurred. Any damage to the RV, property, or outdoor setup will result in a fine deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the security deposit amount, the guest is liable to pay the additional cost for repairs or replacement.

Leave Notice: Guests must provide a notice of at least 2 hours before departure.

Security Deposit: AED 1000 deposit is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations are only allowed in case of natural disasters or severe weather issues, and only the owner has the authority to cancel under such circumstances.

Clean Return: The RV must be returned in a clean condition, as it was at the time of check-in.

No Garbage: Do not leave any garbage inside the caravan.

No Smoking: Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited. A smoke detector is installed, and violations will result in a fine.

No Cooking Inside: While a stove is provided, cooking inside the RV is not allowed.

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The owner is not liable for any loss or theft.

Payment for Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the RV or outdoor setup, and repair costs will be deducted from the deposit or billed additionally if exceeding the deposit amount.

Checkout Time: Checkout is at 12 PM. Exceeding the checkout time will result in a charge for an additional full day.

Wood-Based Interior: The RV interior is wood-based. Avoid spilling water to prevent damage.

Rehla reserves the right to charge for any unreported damages or extended usage during the booking period. Guests must maintain cleanliness of the RV and outdoor setup throughout the booking period and avoid disturbing other campers or nearby residents. All items provided in the RV and outdoor setup must be returned in their original condition. Missing or damaged items will incur a replacement or repair fee.
